Always the right casing

Därme Schönhofer offers you the right natural casing for every type of sausage and every filling machine. To enable us to do so, we obtain our goods from various different regions of the world.

Our goods are imported primarily from Iran, Egypt, Turkey, Syria and Pakistan (see the photos). In these countries, a quality inspection is already carried out on-site by our partner companies. Hygiene and sorting standards are meticulously observed here and monitored by us personally on a regular basis.

The imported goods undergo a second quality inspection in our facility in Munich – the final inspection, as it were, before they are packed ready for use and delivered.
